By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of Website & Accounts
To access both free and paid courses, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse.
2. Course Access
Upon purchasing a course, you will have indefinite access unless otherwise stated. This includes any updates we make to the course content. We reserve the right to revise this model in the future, including shifting to a membership-based platform. If this occurs, we will give existing users appropriate notice.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Online Courses:

Seminars/Workshops/Masterclasses:
All seminar, workshop, and masterclass bookings are non-refundable.
Each space is limited and reserved specifically for you, which means we are unable to offer refunds in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
However, your booking is transferable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant at no additional cost. Simply notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the event with the full name and contact details of the replacement attendee so we can update our records.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule an event, all participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future date.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on Shutter Mastery — including videos, lessons, downloads, worksheets, and supporting documentation — are protected by copyright law. You may download and use worksheets and notes for personal use only.
You may not:

5. Behaviour & Conduct
We expect respectful and lawful behaviour at all times. While our courses currently do not include a public community or forum, any future community spaces will be moderated. Trusted members may be invited as moderators.
For in-person or live training events, the following rules apply:

No consumption of drugs or alcohol during training

Any participant causing distress, disruption, or safety concerns may be removed without refund

We reserve the right to make reasonable decisions to maintain the learning environment
6. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and compatible device to access course materials. We are not liable for accessibility issues due to individual hardware or connectivity problems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or any course content. All materials are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are accessing our services from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
For U.S. users: We do not guarantee compliance with all applicable U.S. educational or consumer protection laws, and use of our services is at your own discretion.
